Dear Doctor:

If you are just starting out in practice or if you are in practice for 20 years, it would behoove you to begin your new professional career or have a rebirth of your 20-year career properly. Every State Board of Chiropractic Examiners has enacted "Record Keeping" regulations. The licensing boards of every state have implemented these regulations making the preparation of proper patient records mandatory for compliance withlicensing and professional conduct.

With the title Doctor of Chiropractic comes certain expectations our patients have of us. We are to be dedicated, competent, concerned, sympathetic and conduct ourselves in a professional manner. This conduct should be carried into every aspect of our practice and our personal lives.
